CANCELLATION POLICY
All services require a non-refundable deposit. Confirmation texts and emails are sent 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please confirm your appointment. **If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, please give notice 24+ hours of your scheduled appointment time. Less than a 24-hour notice will result in a 50% fee. ***If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be canceled. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged. If you are a “no call & no show” you will be charged a 100% fee.
